Description
500ml TORQ Energy Drink provides 30 grams of poly-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ unit) and while providing an optimal source of fuel, this product also supplies fluid and electrolytes to help maintain the body's hydration needs and homeostatic balance. For optimal performance, our TORQ Fueling System recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour, which can be achieved by consuming a variety of fuel products.
Use of the product
*All sachets come with a scoop.
Use 1 level scoop of TORQ Energy powder per 250ml of water (2 scoops for 500ml, 3 scoops for 750ml and 4 scoops for 1 litre). Always add powder to water, not water to powder, for easy mixing.
Fill the drinking bottle halfway with water, add level scoops of powder, put the lid on the drinking bottle and shake vigorously. Fill the bottle with water, shake again and your TORQ Energy is now ready to drink.
Suitable for use at all exercise intensities, TORQ Energy Drink is the foundation of the TORQ Fuel System as it is the only product to provide significant amounts of fluid and electrolytes along with carbohydrate fuel. Sufficient hydration is of course fundamental from a performance perspective.
