Each TORQ Bar contains 30 grams of polytransportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ Unit). For optimal performance, our TORQ fuel system recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour, which can be achieved by consuming a variety of fuel products.

Use of the product
We believe TORQ Bar is the softest, most easy to eat energy bar on the market, making it extremely easy to consume during exercise. We do not recommend using TORQ Bar or TORQ Chew during high-intensity races or workouts when heavy breathing makes consuming them difficult.
For these reasons, we recommend combining TORQ Energy Drink with TORQ Energy Gels during higher intensity exercise and considering TORQ Bars and TORQ Chews over longer distances, where training intensities are lower, for variation. Of course, the beauty of the TORQ Fueling System is that the choice is yours and we accept that everyone has different preferences.
